SHUMAKER ENGINEERING IS AWARDED NYSDEC BROOME COUNTY FLOOD PROTECTION SURVEY CONTRACT
Binghamton, NY - Shumaker Consulting Engineering & Land Surveying, DP.C.
(Shumaker) is honored to be selected by The New York State Department of
Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) for the Broome County Flood Protection
Survey Contract. Shumaker and our team members: Keystone Associates Architects,
Engineers and Surveyors, LLC; Fisher Associates, P.E., L.S., P.C.; and Bryant
Associates, P.C. are very excited to begin working on this project.
This designation is based on our team’s exceptional survey qualifications and past experience with many municipalities and projects of this nature throughout Broome County, as well as with many state agencies throughout New York State. According to Ammon A. Bush, L.S., Senior Manager of Survey Services & Vice President, “the information from this project will ultimately be used to help protect Broome County from the threat of devastating floods in the future”.
