BINGHAMTON, NY - We are pleased to announce that Larry Fairchild, P.E. has joined the Shumaker Consulting Engineering & Land Surveying, D.P.C. (SCE) team as Aviation Manager. Mr. Fairchild brings more than 38 years of experience to SCE. Mr. Fairchild obtained his Bachelors of Science degree in Civil Engineering from R.P.I and has held the following positions during his career: County Engineer, Transportation Service Group Manager, Director of Aviation, and several senior management positions with a national consulting engineering firm. He is an expert in airport design services, which he has provided this service for nearly 40 airports in the Northeast.Linda M.
