BINGHAMTON, NY ---- Shumaker Consulting Engineering & Land Surveying, P.C. proudly announces, David J. Brosius has recently been promoted to the position of Marketing Manager. For the past 2 years, Mr. Brosius has held the position of Marketing Assistant with Shumaker Engineering. In addition to his Shumaker experience, Mr. Brosius has 5 years of previous marketing and advertising experience, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree from SUNY Oswego in Marketing.
